Do you mostly sell used sporting goods?
Almost 80% of our inventory is NEW. We are the authorized dealer of 37 brands of sporting goods.
What about repairs? If I buy something and it breaks, where do i get it fixed?
We are an authorized and certified service center for most of the brands we carry. We also service brands we don't carry and most of the used equipment we sell.
Do you warranty your used gear?
No, not usually. We try to price our used gear so close to the minimum that a warranty would be impossible. But, some used equipment is in such mint condition that we offer a satisfaction guarantee.
If I have used gear I don't want anymore, what do I do?
Bring it in to Sports Replay. We'll pay you cash for it, sell it on consignment or take it in on trade toward any New or Used equipment we carry.
Is there a "best time" to bring in my used equipment?
Monday to Friday during the day is best because that's when we'll be able to give you the best service. If you have a lot of gear you want to unload then you should probably call and set up an appointment so we can provide you with good service. But, if you can't stop by during our "off hours" we'll take care of you whenever you can make it. If it's Saturday, you might need to be patient.
Can I trade in my ice skates in July?
We'll buy, consign or trade most equipment year round. But, obviously, your used gear is worth less "out of season" than it is during the months we can resell it quickly. Sometimes the difference in value can be extreme.
Do you ever rent your used gear?
Yes we do. We rent most all of the used equipment we carry. If you want a long term rental it might be a better idea to buy the used gear you want and sell it back to us later. Either way, we'll get you set up for the sport or activity you're interested in at the best possible price.
